In this section you will get a brief overview and introduction to the User Based Design Process (UBDP). It is a process that is well cited in many academic papers and was worked on by people such as E. G Abels. Other processes are talked about too so as to help you find the one that is best suited for you.

Involve the user

James Kinloch has high regard for a UBDP as it empowers the user in such a way that all content and structure are built around direct feedback from the end-users. There are, of course, methods such as testing and focus groups but this process combines all areas needed for a site to please its end-user. Its only right that other processes are show as you need to use the right one for your reasons and resources. So, you can read on about the UBDP and at the bottom other process are talked about so you can choose the right one for you. Just click the link of the process you want to read about.
