Content

In many focus groups and studies world wide content is king. Be it for search engines or end users content counts for everything. After all, what are you looking for if not some sort of content?

- Content should be core

Content should be core to the design process and as such and useful and current content should be made part of the design process. Useful? What is useful information? Does a consumer need to know that a CEO of a company is great at tennis? It's doubtful but all to often whole pages are dedicated to such pointless information. Of course there may be a sight that needs such information but you get the point. So this comes back to the UBDP being centered around the user.

A key part of content is not just useful information but also information and content that has a somewhat novelty factor. Information that is learnt in bullet point form is great for this as it makes in easier in three ways:

- Easy to remember

- Straight to the point

- Great to quote
