This site has come straight from the school of Google as their home page is so simple and easy to use and makes looking for a house to rent, buy almost a joy.
Hacienda is a service started up by "The Useful House Map Company Limited, a start-up venture with a small but focused and experienced team." It seems as though that team knows their market very well and that a site with ease of use, solid structure and well placed imagery is what makes a site work.
Their deep understanding of their target audience and they way that most of use will be using the site at work, lunch break or not and so easy results are vital. There is a large search bar for the three main fields of houses to buy, rent and, as said, holiday lets. when i typed in hackney and chose the right hackney it brings up a map. That seems a little dull but then you can click on the legend to the right to highlight any of the three types of property. They have mixed local search (a form of) with the housing market and as such makes this site well well worth a visit.
The site is creative seo in a way that they have looked at three vital factors and these are culture, content and structure and are what make a site work so very well. The culture is cleary that of the UK market and it seems that there is little reason why the site wont work well.
