Creative design processWhen having a creative design-process it really should be a user-based design. This means that the end-user always should play a central role in the process and with that comes the need for a deep understanding of the target audience and what you want to achieve with them. It's said, during the web 1.0 era, sites were made with the designers desire for what the user should have rather than what the user needed. Perhaps this was OK as the user, at this stage, was very green and very new to the web so such thoughts (on what they wanted) would have been clouded by the initial amazement of the web.
